I have Aspergers' Syndrome, and have found it a struggle to cope with at times. In this time I've found ways of managing with it, and use it to create and design many projects.

 

As an example, this photo was taken back in February 2021, as part of a previous online site called 'Charlie's Travelogue Blog', in which I wander into nature and try to capture its beauty and importance in helping with Mental Health Problems. Since then, the travelogue has been incorporated into this newer project, and the journeys can be seen on the Blog page. I know that everyone has different methods of finding calmness, but this is a way I seriously recommend.
